A FIVE STEP END-TO-END COACHING PROCESS

The process starts with your objective(s) followed by a 'readiness' assessment to identify performance gaps and leading to execution of priority actions plans. The process is completed with a review of results achieved and learning outcomes. The five step coaching process is delivered in team workshops and one-to-one coaching formats, and adapted for short and long term engagements.
